Hammock Earth
Cultivating fertile ground for people, land, and possibility.
A community dedicated to cultivating ecological belonging through shared experiences with land, food, and one another.
Who We Are
Hammock Earth is a community dedicated to cultivating ecological belonging through shared experiences with land, food, and one another.
We believe that human well-being and ecological health are inseparable. When we reconnect with the land that nourishes us—through food, seasons, soil, and community—we rediscover a deeper sense of belonging and responsibility for the living world.
Our work creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their senses, and experience the culture that grows food. Through farm tours, communal meals, workshops, storytelling, and immersive gatherings, Hammock Earth invites people into a living relationship with the ecosystems that sustain us.
Our hope is to nurture a joyful and generous Canadian food culture that not only tastes delicious but also regenerates soil, strengthens communities, and supports climate resilience for generations to come.

Our Vision
"To grow global well-being through ecological belonging."
Ecological belonging is remembering that we are part of nature, not separate from it. Our well-being is shaped by how we care for the land that sustains us—our food systems, animals, water, and one another across generations. It is the lived experience of being in relationship with land, food, seasons, and community, where care for the earth and care for people are understood as the same act.
Our Mission
What We're Here to Do

Our Story
How Hammock Earth Began
"How do we care for the Heart and the Earth at the same time?"
Hammock Earth began as a shared inquiry between two experienced entrepreneurs asking the same question. Thu Nguyen and Anahita first met through a Coralus community pod and later gathered in person at Nusqool. As their friendship deepened—through walks, meals, a spa day, and a temple sound bath—they realized their work had been evolving in parallel.
Thu had been building a global community of helpers, healers, facilitators, and educators. At the same time, Anahita had been stewarding land as an organic grower, experimenting with regenerative approaches to farming. Together they recognized a shared calling: to create fertile ground—both in soil and in community—where people can reconnect with land, actualize their gifts, and experience ecological belonging.

Thu Nguyen
Somatic Leadership Coach & Community Builder
Thu Nguyen is an entrepreneur, somatic leadership coach, and community builder dedicated to cultivating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, one another, and the living earth. After two decades working in technology and startups, a series of life-altering health experiences led Thu to step away from the tech world and explore a deeper path of healing, embodiment, and nature connection. Today, with Hammock Earth, Thu focuses on creating experiences that cultivate ecological belonging.

Anahita Belanger
Regenerative Leader & Organic Grower
Anahita Belanger is a regenerative leader and organic grower rooted in ecological connection and conscious food systems. She pasture-raises heritage hogs and hens and grows vegetables and medicinal plants on her certified organic farm, blending her reverence for nature with a commitment to nourish both people and planet. Combining her experience in ecological agriculture, hospitality, and start-up operations, she creates immersive experiences where people reconnect with nature and rediscover ecological belonging.
